 5 Easy Indian Breakfast Recipes Ready in Under 15 Minutes

1. Poha (Flattened Rice)

Indians such as Poha, a breakfast in Maharashtra and in Madhya Pradesh in particular.

It is light, tasty, and filling.

Wash flattened rice. It is cooked with onions, green chilies, curry leaves and lemon squeezer.

Add sprinkles and peanuts.

2. Upma

One dishes in South India is referred to as Upma. It is easy and fast to prepare and is palatable. First toast the semolina, (rava) and then leave it in a covered container. Cook early in the morning in water and with onion, curry leaves, ginger and all the vegetables. Add a sauce of ghee on later.



Each Sunday my mother prepared upma and coconut chutney. It was simple and tasty.

3. Vegetable Sandwich

A sandwich is the best in case you are in hurry. Put two pieces of bread, spread butter, or chutney on them and place slices of cucumber, tomato, onion, or boiled potato. If you prefer it warm, toast it.



It is also a nice lunch among school going children.

4. Banana Milkshake or Smoothie

There is the light breakfast at times. All you need is a banana milkshake or a smoothie that will provide you with instant energy.



 Mash banana, milk (or curd), teaspoonful honey, and nuts when you can get them. This is done within 5 minutes, and it can be used on days where you never want to cook.

5. Masala Omelets

Eggs are beneficial to begin the busy morning. Whisk together a few eggs with with onion, green chilli, coriander, salt increase and pepper.



 Heat a pan and add the mixture in it and cook each side. You may take it with bread, roti or simply plain.

You can add some cheese that was grated. Kids like it.
